Birth Boot Camp is a comprehensive 10 week natural birth course. Through up to date information, relevant topics that matter to you and your partner, and a fantastic teacher *wink wink*, you will be prepared, confident, and supported for your birth.

 

 

There are 3 different ways you are able to embark on this amazing education.

 

You may take a live class with other couples in the community, building your knowledge with a community and sharing in common ground with others. For those of you with busy schedules you may take an onine class which offers the same education in a "ready when you are" format. You may also take a class privately, just contact me for special details & cost.

 

 

The 10 week course fee is $300

 

 

In your live class you will receive:

• 170-page Field Manual * Relaxation training, Chow charts for exercise and nutrition, evidence based information, and so much more

• Breastfeeding  The Ultimate MRE - This downlaodable video is a full length breastfeeding course

• A knowledgable certified instructor who has given birth naturally

• Weekly exercise/nutrition, birth videos, games, and evidence based information

• Weekly emails with additional information for you to review

• Tote bag

 

 

A $50 deposit is required 4 weeks in advance of the starting class date. Payment via pay pal is preferred. The remainder of the payment ($250) is due before or on first class date.
