The Metta Birth Project is a collaboration of dedicated and compassionate birth professionals who believe all women deserve access to education and support in their childbearing years. Our mission is to offer childbirth education, lactation counseling, birth and postpartum doula support, and peer support group events to women in our local community regardless of financial ability. Our goal is help promote healthy pregnancies, empowered births and a fulfilling postpartum experience.
